Dr. Arno Riße, LL.M.

Attorney-at-Law (admitted in Germany)
Bar-Certified Specialist Attorney for Intellectual Property Law, Partner

Dr. Arno Riße

Arno Riße is one of the firm’s partners.

He specializes in intellectual property law, with a focus on national and international patent litigation.

He advises clients from around the globe covering all technical fields, such as telecommunications, video coding, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, chemistry and consumer goods.

He has, in particular, a broad experience in the “high tech” sector (e.g. in common technology standards such as LTE, 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, HEVC, (G/LP)DDR and ERPS, and in semiconductor design), and in the pharmaceutical and medical device sector, including associated regulatory issues and FRAND.

Legal 500 praises the “very meticulous” Arno Riße as an “outstanding team player”. He is also continuously recommended in the JUVE Handbook (“meticulous as well as innovative”).

IAM Patent 1000 states that he  "is one of his jurisdiction’s top authorities on high-technology patent law" and quotes: “Arno is one of the most outstanding  attorneys in his field. He knows all the tricks of the trade of modern patent litigation.”
